Radius Warranty Service helps eBike OEMs, Brands & Companies resolve issues, reduce returns & improve customer service. Leverage our services to maintain your company’s reputation. We will help you turn a negative customer experience, to a positive one. This service includes the first hour+ of labor, excluding parts. OEMs & Consumers may book this service. We recommend consumers be pre-approved for reimbursement from the OEM. Once the job is completed, we will send a professional invoice to submit for reimbursement.
Booking includes the cost of the service, 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax, lubricants, cleaners, zip ties and other small supplies. Service components & replacement parts needed, will be billed separately.
