The bicycle ships to Radius for a professional assembly and tune. Delivery of the finished bicycle or eBike is easily scheduled by customers. This service provides a White Glove experience and is perfect for customers that do not want the hassle of bikes shops, assembly, unboxing, tutorials, safety concerns etc.
Service: Radius conveniently offers routine maintenance, tune ups, and repairs, all from the convenience of home or the office. We fill the gap of direct-to-consumer brands giving our customers a real bike shop experience.
Warranty: Stuff happens…Radius to the rescue. Minor damage is common during transit, flat tires out of the box, safety recalls, component failure. Hire Radius to complete a warranty service and get reimbursed from the brand.
